okay this goes hard for whatever reason
I wanted to play naturally so i used a new file instead of a WOM file, and im just straight up bad at games lol
I actually beat him first try i just screamed the whole time lol, but i have never been so afraid of a senile old man
lmao same, Elius took like 2 hours of my life 
only around 6 tries on my 2nd file tho, thankfully enough
Same tbh, but goddamn Argos’ got ultra instinct for an old man, couldn’t line up a proper shot on him for a Piercing Shot for a few seconds.

And I hate him so much for it. After refighting him again I’m saying he’s the most poorly designed boss in the game. For a difficulty jump as a boss I don’t think he should be able to heal, dodge so much, and have somewhat random attacks.
I play warlock so i had to try to get close and continuously fail
Is it considered cheating if I grinded first before I fought Elius? Like, by the time I fought Elius as my Conjurer file, he was so fucking jacked that Lord Elius was piss easy for me.

Agreed! He really whips you into shape though, i help some friends who are newer to the game play and when they got to him i couldnt help at first and i felt so bad, but they got much better at it from fighting him alone
him dodging and his attack parterns is… fine, except when he threw himself off the island
the only part that is annoying to me is his healing
Nah, i overleveled for most bosses, all except calvus bc i didnt realize that if i did more of the story quest i couldnt leave lol
it almost took me a whole mf month until a level 125 criminal came and helped my sorry self
