I need 2 of them for this Paladin build im aiming for, and i have horrible luck when it comes to getting the right scrolls from the Dark Sea.

Iām not sure about values but i do know that luck 4 guarantees an exotic scroll from every dark sealed chest

Keep in mind that you can still get rare spells or techniques from dark sealeds especially with luck 5
But ye other than that, youre correct
