Armour abilities

Armour abilities, a new way to spice up pvp and pve alike.

Basic idea: when using a full set of a specific armour (for example sunken) you would unlock an armour ability.

Explanation of armour abilities

These abilities would depend on the stat the armour gives or the lore behind the armour set and only rare+ armours would have abilities. There would be a menu added similar to the magic spell creation menu.
Some armours would have multiple abilities you would have to choose from. Furthermore you can choose the keybind yourself but it cant overlap with the spell/weapon keybinds. Some abilities could also be passive meaning you wouldnt have to have a keybind.

Examples of armour abilities

(Before you complain about minotaur and exiled gear getting removed read the note at the bottom)
full minotaur: 2 abilities

  • Adrenaline rush: when used the user gains 10% more agility for 10 seconds, cooldown: 20 sec
  • Warrior’s strength: your next melee slash deals 2x dmg, cooldown: 20 sec

full exiled: 2 abilities

  • Pushback: pushes any enemy in a 3-5m radius away by 3m, cooldown: 30 sec
  • Defensive stance: all incoming attacks deal 20% less dmg but you become 20% slower aswell and cant use high jumps (this lasts for 5 seconds), cooldown: 30 sec

Full sunken: 1 ability

  • Magic blessing: any and all statuses are removed when used, cooldown: 1 minute

Note: I know that minotaur and exiled armour are getting removed but their abilities are stat specific and can easily be used for any strength/agility or knockback rare armour set in the future.

Reason to add: would add more depth to the game while also giving a better reason why you would run a full set of the same armour type.

Won’t be accepted due to vetex not liking the idea of set bonuses
