arsen without a doubt. if morden, someone with barely any experience with a curse was able to hold off julian, then one of the most powerful curse users we’ve seen could easily defeat him.

arsen will give morden a talk that starts with “Back in my day…” and after it’s over just explode him
even if morden was at his strongest with the death curse i still think arsen would most likely win. overall he is just an insanely powerful curse user, since im 99% sure he was holding back at alalea as to not destroy the place.

Averill vs Morden?
Light curse is obviously weaker than death curse but Averill is still stronger and more experienced
if morden had time to train his skills with the death curse i would say equal or slight advantage to morden. the death curse would be stronger than the light curse for sure (mutation/lost/ancient magic curse vs a base magic curse)
if he didn’t train though its easily averill.
Morden in Nimbus Sea vs Averill
hard to say since we don’t know how much time passes in the nimbus sea story, i think averill would still be stronger though

Arsen is one of the higher tier commanders of the OSP, I’d say he diffs Julian
Unfortunately Julian has the IVE FINALLY FOUND YOU Curse which lets him FINALLY FIND someone, instantly killing them and teleporting him to a pocket dimension
Julian wins 20/10 times because the IVE FINALLY FOUND YOU Curse counts as 2 kills (1 from the impact and 1 from the suicide in prison)
