Artist Application Guide!

So you wanna be a artist?

After many issues with the main guide still leaving questions, I’ve decided to make my own direct guide!

  1. First off, you’ll need to have at least 3 Arcane Odyssey or World of Magic related artworks as your examples. These are preferably colored/completed works that show your full skill.

  2. Next, you’ll want to go to this page and click Request Artists - Arcane Odyssey

Now this is where most get lost with the main guide:

  1. Enter your request without your 3 example images
“What?? But how, the request box doesn’t let me put any images?”

This is an issue with the request process that can be easily fixed!

  1. Send your request with placeholder text.
You’ll be taken to a message where you can then edit your request!

  1. Edit your message to include your 3 examples! Bonus: include your discord user to get the artist role in the server!

That’s it! All you do now is wait for your application to be reviewed! If you have any questions feel free to reply!

I appreciate the humor but please serious replies only here

I have an issue with this guide, sir!

It uses a instead of an before artist.

You know what good point I’ll wait and see if there’s any more edits I need to keep them all in one edit

Can you add a part of the application for what counts as a “quality art piece”

It’s pretty much anything that isn’t a doodle. This can be clean linework or colored art of any medium! This can also include studio fanwork made.

what if we made our own forum where everyone is an artist and I was also an artist and could post in Art

bad idea spicytuna. remember the LAST time?

why does this post’s title remind me of “so you wanna be a rapstar?”

I have a question of my own.

Do you get a message if your application is approved or denied?

The only notification you get will come from being accepted into the group, otherwise you can check in again after some time (at least a month?)
