What were you doing before bug occurred: I’m trying to complete all the exploration tasks, and I cannot take the “Assassins in Tiberia” quest because it requires neutral or a bounty. I am not going to reset my fame specifically for this quest because I’ve worked hard for my 165k Fame.
Steps to reproduce: Be positive renown, that’s it
