Atlantean Boss Armor

Yesterday i found out while trading that someone had an Atlantean Powerfull Cerynx Robes.
And now im confused, because the only way i have gotten any atlantean items, is by getting them from the dark sea, but how do you get atlantean cerynx armor, because there is not a cerynx boss inside the dark sea?

So my question is, how do you get atlantean on boss armors on any other armor?
is there like a way to put a sort of scroll on it that changes it to atlantean?
or is just bugged/hacked into the game?

its like a 4% drop rate not sure from what tho

Im highly assuming its from atlanteans, maybe the high lvl ones perhaps? would make sense as choosing which armor to give the modifier to is op and should be hard to get

They drop from Atlanteans. Probably only the mutated ones, not the lesser mutated.
