funny offshoot build i made since i already had most of the items in it
tried this in 1v1s against a fire mage and the only thing stopping me was energy consumption, singapore pingspikes and the occasional snare
pfft, heavily weak
not even breaking the 400 mark
it’s your build except if it was actually viable 
(the only reason you killed me that single time was because I had a pingspike)
it isn’t build nor is that viable
