This is some stonks level shit right here
Testers said youâd get the choice to get a 3rd if you already had one
i.e if you were a 3 way savant with no strength you could get 3 magics and vice versa
Ya thatâs why my steps show you getting it first
If that is the case then Iâd probably just get Berserker then Savant but I am hesitant to believe that is the case, not unwilling to just reluctant.
Only problem with everything Iâm saying is Iâm sure itâs gonna be hell to grind with 25% of the capabilities of magic builds and being unable to use weapon skills
Also you can only use basic blast
Unless you put 1 point in weapons where you can swing
Or 1 in fighting so you can punch
Still skeptical since idk where he got that information from, it could have been from Vetex in the tester chat (which would completely rid all my doubts) or it could just be what he thinks itâs going to be like. Much more convinced tho.
so far warlord paired with savant 2nd looks the best
"Warlord (Strength/Weapons hybrid)
- Awakening #1: Fighting Style infused weapon skills + Skill size boost + Weapon skill damage begins to scale off of strength+weapon stats"
if 2nd savant buffs all stats then this would be more beneficial for hybrids since theyâd get extra dmg overall on top of expanded skill sizes
you probably wonât even need multiple fighting style slots if you can just overwrite the old one, since youâd be fighting with weapons primarily
savant 2nd easily better than most other 2nd awakenings
Oh ya, just did a ton of maths you can scroll in vetcord for.
ASSUMING YOU NEED TO SPEND ALL YOUR POINTS BECORE AWAKENING
To beat a single stat build in literally every area:
Savant awakening needs 3% boost
To beat anyone else in every area (hybrids)(Also including single stat if you donât need to spend all your points to awaken):
0.4% boost
The only exception to this rule is the vitality classes because savant canât out-vitality something when it doesnât give 10% damage resistance like the others do
But who gives a fuck about vitality
Sadly because I posted my math on vet general, testers are now gonna patch it
Because I assumed vetex knew how to balance shit, wasnât the case, now testers are trying to balance shit.
Then again this was still in the idea phase, still wouldâve likely been found out later.
Wait so⌠this allows us to pick whichever two awakenings we desire?
So savant is going to be the most powerful class instead of the most weakest?
It was never the most weakest but itâs being balanced anyways
well well howâs the turntable
vitality is for chumps
glass cannon all the way baby
very cool now weâve more variety
Uhh this confuses me. Even if youâre able to mix and match different awakenings, Iâm still sticking with the two Warlock awakenings, magic infusion and a second magic/fighting style .
Straight up worse but sure
Yes
