You can mix and match awakenings pog
Now you can pick literally any build in the game with any awakening, what are you guys planning on using?

I’m gonna use an infusion + savant awakening build for all 3 hybrids that get infusions on my first 3 files and the other 3 I’m still thinking up but warden awakening also looking nice
brain not working
just woke up
savent awakening for the win
wonder if you could get a different 1st awakening, switch to mage before or after 2nd awakening, and be able to get 2 losts or 1 lost 1 ancient magic
Use of lost and ancients depend on class, not awakenings, so yes you could
ik it does, just wondering if he’d have a system in place to prevent doing that since you could go conjurer 1st, mage 2nd and lose literally nothing. though i think thats the only build that could happen with, idk. would be cool though
Lose 3rd base magic slot
i meant going from conjurer to mage, but yea forgot about that
oh holy fuck
Well now, this changes a few things.
warlock 1st awakening + warden 2nd awakening perhaps?
Funny thing now is Savant awakening makes it the best to go for and then swap to whatever
Example 1 Conjurer:
Step 1. Spend 1 point in magic and 1 point in weapons, awaken to get infusion at 1st awakening
Step 2. Spend 1 point in vitality and get 2nd awakening for savant
Step 3. Spend your points however you want with the points you didn’t spend for this game grind among weapons and magic
Step 4: You now have infusion and do more magic damage and weapon damage than any normal conjurer
Warden is probs up there at 2nd best to yoink from along with other vitality things for the damage resistance
This works with every hybrid in the game with infusions btw
ye
Imo you should be able to get any awakening within reason. If you’re a conjuror it wouldn’t be too far fetched that you could get Weapon Aura (first warrior/knight awakening). This just seems like that system but with an extra step of actually getting the stats for the original awakening before switching over (likely using an item) to another stat build, could probably remove that step by letting players pick what they want to have as their awakening.
Anyways, as it stands, still going for Berserker fully. Berserker has two unique awakenings that I find very important though the Savant’s damage bonus does seem tempting. Depends on how big the bonus is and how much faster stamina regens. Still, Berserker 4 lyfe
I had an even dumber idea, Level.
Start conjurer, get buff, go Mage.
Get that buff, grab two lost or ancient and lost scrolls
go back to conjurer
profit
I recommend this because it’s still got everything berserker has including quicker stamina regen for the sacrifice of only 2 skill points.
Step 1. Spend 1 point in strength and get Beserker awakening
Step 2. Spend 1 point in vitality and 1 point in magic or weapons to get savant awakening
Step 3. Put everything else in strength ig, whatever you want
Beserker second awakening doesn’t get quicker stamina regen btw which is why this has everything Beserker has but better
Savant’s second awakening only offers a second fighting style or second magic. Nothing about Savant’s second awakening describes anything about getting a third magic/fighting style
also
faster stamina regen comes with first, which makes it unique (otherwise it’s a worse version of Savant’s awakening), and third fighting style slot is unique only to berserker.
You could do what I said
At the last step you’d have
1 point in magic
1 point in vitality
1 point in strength
With conjurer infusion and savant awakening with 3 base magics
Dump 800 points in magic, get ancient magic and lost magic as mage
Dump other stats into whatever you want(In this case conjurer) and profit
