I thought bad reputation would be cool because I could do whatever I want and kill whoever I want. However i could not be more wrong. I though in revanna because we are forced to wear the gross disguises I would be able to talk to npcs there but you can’t. You constantly have marine ships following you around which sounds like a plus at first for sealed chests but then you realize they actually spawn on you and target. Even if you do get a ton of sealed chests on ur boat you have to go to the most secluded area on the map to turn them in because even with disguises on the revanna people still somehow know you are a wanted criminal. Stay pure don’t be a criminal.
Atleast jail time isn’t 10 minutes anymore
There are a couple other criminal shipwright on the map apart from whitesummit, one is at forest of Cernnuno and the other at Darkpine Island
You can also reset your reputation for galleons at whitesummit if you no longer wanna be negative rep

you would probably be closer to criminal shipwrights, but criminals can also use thorins refuge

No, they only get agro on you if you UNEQUIP something while the disguise is on.

Players will also hunt you down if you’re a bad rep.
I think you’re still unable to talk to ravenna shipwrights and stuff if you have a bounty, even with the disguise on

I’m neutral rn because I realized how much of a pain it is to be a villain

You can take any quest, and still upgrade your items too.
But then you do a villain quest and you start becoming a villain or vice versa
yeah as of rn being a villain is still a pain in the ass 
how do you stay neutral? you always get positive or negative rep from quest and ect.
well, being a villain, one way to get the gravy off you is to kill the gravy, and therefore worsen their influence in the Bronze Sea
it spawns less gravy, and if influence is low enough you can take over Silverhold for your clan
