So I needed bored captain lines, but the captain happened to be broken (the dialogue popup wouldn’t appear when I clicked on it). One of the ways I know how to fix this is to have the NPC in question (in this case the captain) fight another NPC. So I did just that and made some bandits climb the whole tower. (Which did fix it by the way).

Side note: Thanks to this, I’ve finished gathering all the magic council captain talk lines, which is good. I’m still missing one alert line, however.
If anyone knows what the last line is, comment it here. These are the lines I have so far:
–I recognize you… you’re a criminal. Come with me unless you want to get hurt…
–You’re a law breaker… Do not resist arrest, stand down! That is an order!
–Don’t even bother surrendering. I’m going to enjoy defeating you, criminal scum!
–A criminal, huh? Well, let’s see how strong you are then!
–A criminal? I’ll only ask you this once… stand down or I will have to use force!
–I know you… you’re a criminal! For your own safety, please do not resist arrest!
–A lowly criminal… no worries, I’ll make short work of you.
–You’re a wanted criminal… I hereby place you under arrest! Please, do not resist and just stand down!
–A criminal, no doubt… I’m going to pummel you into the ground and make you regret everything you’ve done!
–A criminal! So I take it you won’t stand down, that’s fine by me. Let’s fight!
–I recognize you… you’re a criminal! On behalf of the Magic Council, I place you under arrest!
The next doc I’ll probably be working on is all of the magius news headlines, no current schedule for when that will be finished. I have to dig through a bunch of screenshots, and haven’t started yet on it.
