Immersion features are nice when they actual add something of value to the game instead of just serving as another annoying thing to deal with

There needs to be a drawback to using the bank.

Ship despawning would be bad for the whole “crew fishing” mechanic.

The drawback could just be that you have to pay a certain tax on withdrawals? Or just make it scale with player level.

Which was only added later. And frankly I’d take ship despawning over crew fishing.

nah i kinda like ship despawning not being in the game. It can be annoying at times, but having to scramble to where you left your boat to escape from an island is an experience I can’t really find in any other game

I like this, it solves the problem of people only joining clans just to use the clan bank, and makes things more accessible to people who really dont care about clans

no fun and whimsy for you

no one cares about death in this game anymore, its an adventure game, some galleon lose rule shouldn’t destroy my QOL

you pay a small amount of galleons and u have to pay galleons to increase bank slots and space

What if crews fished when the ship despawned? like it fished in the game’s memory or something similar to unloading dark sealed chests from far away (Crew fishing stops when you die though)
