This is my first actual art submission, and to a competition, on this forum, so feel free to give me some constructive feedback. This piece is heavily inspired by the Great Wave off Kanagawa!

This took me a week, so I have other scrapped variations that I’d like to share.
This is the earliest version that I made, and I really wanted the guy on the right to be a cannonfist user, but I had a really hard time making him look dynamic and interesting. Also, the red lightning was scrapped because it didn’t look good.
So I tried this alternate version, where the guy has a shark-shaped imbuement on his crash attack, but it just looked too goofy.
