if arcane adventures had cutscenes and more characters it wouldve had an amazing story

friazascape also had a good story but theres like 0 proper videos on it because it was old af and not very popular
being a roblox game does not mean it will not have a good story. storylines are based off of the devsā creativity, and most large roblox games have 0 creativity, which is why none of them have a story. vetex is a creative developer, and he has the help of tech (who, as you can tell from the riddles, is also very innovative)
vetex has a also stated that testers find the story the most interesting part of the game, which says a lot.

to the first one, thatās not how AAās story IS though, it wouldāve been amazing if it had such things but itās currently just meh,
Dunno how good the second one is personally since Iāve never heard of it until now. so Iāll probably just take your word on it.
But either way I donāt trust a roblox game to have good story, most of the roblox games Iāve enjoyed are storyless or story-minimum gameplay where I just get the ability to fuck around and do quests for fun and actually play the game.
How did you get seasoned writer? Iāve been trying to see if youāve written anything recently, but I canāt find anything.

vetex is a pretty good developer, I love how he does gameplay for his games but I do not trust any roblox story known to man, nor the word of testers who Iāve never interacted with. Mainly because I base my views on my experience. and in my experience I donāt find roblox stories enjoyable nor do I bother with them, except maybe skimming the text occasionally because I feel guilty for the dev, skipping their story they put some time into. (And then other times Iām like "GET A FUCKING MOVE ON LET ME GO PLAY THE GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAME but shhhhhhhhh it happens to most of us)
okay so like back in 2020 when WoM released and I was on the forum, I tried getting into writing and I managed to get the writer role for writing up a quick short story, it was ass but I got the role and then I went a year and a half without writing anything or typing anything on the forum so now Iām just kinda stuck like this. I would write but I donāt feel like getting better and getting emabarrased about what I post ya feel?
then just wait until you can experience it before arguing. your logic can also be applied to this and say that you havent interacted with the game so
personally i think it will be a very good storyline based on the leaks of it i have seen.

Iām still going in with low expectations because I do not trust roblox games stories, and I will probably not enjoy the story since the gameplay seems far more appealing
although I will admit itās kinda funny how youāre trying to tell me wait until I experience it before arguing when AO has another 2 months to release

Did you only write one thing or did you write multiple? Donāt you have to write many good things in order to get seasoned writer? And if you say the story was bad, then I still donāt know how you got seasoned writer. Can you submit ANYTHING and be a seasoned writer? Or are you just over exaggerating and was the story actually good?
arcane odyssey may as well be the first ever roblox game with an actually good, prominent narrative that drives the experience to a whole new level.
Most other roblox games either have an extremely boring, uninteresting, shallow story with a narrative thatās kinda just copying something else (loomian legacy cough cough) or literally have no story at all and just throw you into a world with no objective.
I feel like however I shouldnāt be super excited for AOās story and Iāll keep my expectations reasonable since as stated before most roblox story games (no not those shitty camping ones, actual games with a ārealā narrative) end up being kinda mediocre.
adventure forward and adventure forward 2 more specifically have better story, though not great
I will admit, I read the full lore and occasionally cringed and recoiled a bit from it, mainly from some parts that seemed overly edgy, how it felt to read it in the moment, and the incredibly obvious amounts of one piece implementations it has.

Story was complete ass it was maybe a paragraph and as far as I could remember felt edgy to read. but that could also be my memory.

The forum was new and bustling so I just kinda got it and itās been a thing ever since
