Actually, 40% bleed becomes 30% nerfed, but ice is still good in other ways.

If you want to say “fuck you” to the meta, then sand, snow, and shadow are pretty good too.

Snow would be a pretty good fuck you
Fun fact: Giving Shadow a magic speed amulet instead of a Wizard Hat makes it faster and still does more damage than lightning with still better clashes and size
