The best way to recruit is to play wom/AO and befriend whoever you meet, then invite them later on

Let’s be real here: you’re most likely not going to have the clout or infrastructure set up to just have people ask about your clan in particular, so I’d say the above still holds true: the most reliable way of getting people who might remain invested in your thing is to get to know them first and ask them second. I also think it increases the chance of you building a chill community around it so there’s that too.
Or you can just try to join another clan, making one is a lot of work: your choice
