Technically to get 100% blocking power you need
8 metal scrap musgravite (5% each) and 6 golden apple musgravite (10% each)
so 40% from the metal scrap and 60% from the golden apples.
minimum required apples in this case would be 30
vetex will probably change blocking power so it will asymptotically approach 100% instead of being able to just straight up go OVER 100%
I thought metal scrap was 1.2% max
I thought it was 2.5%

Technically one since the duration should be long enough for you do create all the jewels once you have the golden apples.
