Trna find a deckhand that looks good and has a good stat any tips?

Speed and turning deckhands got nerf so uh not much advice other than look around towns and hope

you can try server hopping or going to shell island
you can easily see all shell island deckhand spots without moving around too much also it has been proven that shell island deckhands are cooler than other deckhands

Well you can mostly change their appearance so don’t worry too much about what they are wearing. As for finding them, various trips between ravenna and palo town with a stop at sailors lodge is an ok way of finding them, along with shell island if they haven’t changed yet.

find the stat you want. then once you get their loyalty up you can change their drip at any time

I think about every in-game day. idk I dont camp the islands for drippy deckhands hair and faces
