Oh no vetex didn’t instantly change the value of fleets potential making them just as bad the other way or having no change.
Theres plenty to call AO and by extension vetex out for. This one ain’t it

Also it’s not like the fleets are unusable, just run 3 recovery and 1 plunder/recover and youll keep all your ships maintained and still make money.

there is another thing, Resupply cost scaled with Active followers
i only gain around 30k-35k from 1 trading/2 Recover/ 1 Plunder or Patrol with 5,312 active followers (all ships are brig and 166 brigs in total)

im pretty sure harvesting doesn’t produce any drachma
