Blacksmith, enchanter and builder shop windows not opening

What were you doing before bug occurred: talking to any blacksmith, enchanter or blueprint builder.

Steps to reproduce: get on a mobile device or semi mobile device like laptop, and talk to one of the mentioned npcs, most of the time the screen to do business with then never shows up

Sometimes it takes a while for their windows to load; if you stand in place for a few seconds (sometimes up to like 10 or 15), it usually works for me
