Brig keeps respawning near the Nimbus Sea Border in the Bronze Sea; Even with the Brig Spawn Activated

What were you doing before bug occurred: I was farming bronze chests by taking down pirates and other ships as well as doing Sea Charts and Underwater exploring when my first encounter with this bug was being slain by the White Eyes shark; all of a sudden I was on an updated Brig back near the Nimbus Sea Border.

Steps to reproduce: Sail to any point around the Bronze Sea, activate the spawn near the candles on your ship, and then reset your character; it should respawn you on a new brig all the way back near the Nimbus Sea Border.

F9 Logs ( press f9 to view them in-game): Shown In The Video, But Saw Nothing Out Of The Ordinary.

a better solution could be done:
when your brig spawn is disabled, you are unable to re-enable it for 5 minutes
