Well, story cutscenes in AO so far are player exclusive, the player disappears or is frozen in place when inside a cutscene. A player who already finished story and is fighting the boss automatically skips cutscenes, only those who are in the middle of the story gets them. So this is a problem that can be solved very easily (IF you are referring to the story cutscenes only… but I assumed so since cutscenes are only in the story, right?)

It’s just a matter if Vetex can really incorporate QTE in a cutscene. But considering we already can interact in them like dialogue choices, it seems like it can be done…

Another matter is that Vetex would also have to add an alternate cutscene if we fail the clash. Though, the game I mentioned actually had clashes where whether you win or not was actually set in stone for the sake of story, and the clash was an immersion feature… Though, he could also easily make the cutscene restart if the player loses the clash and it wasnt an intentional loss? And not fight the boss all over again.

He would also have to add a tip on the clash as well? But yeah. I can see this being incorporated, but it all boils down on whether Vetex can implement it into the cutscenes. But he did confirm he was considering the possibility of adding AA clashes somehow in an interview. I think this is the perfect way to incorporate them in the game

(Also, here’s my ratings, I think its pretty good, I also had the same idea for a long time as well)

It’d add more depth if it had different results but considering this is roblox id be fine with just restarting the cutscene imo

I’d imagine there wouldnt be too much differences between the cutscenes since its only the class is changed. However, this would mean cutscenes would have to track what class you have, which is also another matter of adding this in.

A warrior might slice through the attack and the reflects it. A berserker punches it. Mage is the normal AA clash.
