Overall, Superheated is the worst modifier in terms of efficiency points, with only 3 power and 11 intensity (+0.25 power and 0.75 intensity per 10 levels). There are two ways to fix this issue:
Increase the power scaling per 10 levels from +0.25 to +0.3, even though it makes two Superheated modifiers better than one Sandy and one Blasted it is hard to obtain.
Increase the intensity scaling per 10 levels from +0.75 to +0.85, a much smaller change however still effective.
