Hello all. This is a bit late (did this about two weeks ago). However, I’ve been interstate. I’m not writing up announcements and answering questions on my phone.
We all know that abandoned category right? Bug Reports? Well, I’m trying to revive it.
With full release being out, many of you have noticed bug reports on the Official Discord are always full. This is to mitigate that.
Post your bug reports here on the forums, and a @Tester can report the bug to the development team. In-case you all were confused, bug reports are now private to testers and the topic owner.
With this however, is some points I need to mention:
Do not request a softlock fix on the forum. Open a ticket in the Discord. Your topic will be closed if you attempt it here.
Do not resolve your post. The tester’s will mark as resolved once the report is finished.
Please be patient and understanding. Not many tester’s have agreed to work on reports on the forums here at the current time. This will mean your reports may:
Not ever get looked at.
Take a significant amount of time to be looked at.
Take some time to resolve.
I understand this can be quite frustrating. However, if your post is not getting read, try reporting on the Discord.
A softlock is typically a bug that fully prevents you from progressing, for example permanently being stuck in a story cutscene or not receiving the glider to get to skyhall. Since the sky spawning bug can be fixed by resetting, it’s not a softlock.
Hello, I’m assuming this is a bug, I cannot access the starter pack game pass. I have a max slot who’s beyond the chapter requirement. I remember seeing it before, but cant seem to get it now on any new slot where I believe it’s offered when selecting your name. I also have not used it in the past, assuming its a one time deal. Since there has been no announcement, I’m also going to assume it has not been removed. If there’s any way to fix this, I would be most appreciative! I really don’t want to have to do the first bit of this game….. again.
