Bug when writing a post

This is an extremely minor bug but one nonetheless

Steps to reproduce

  • Quote somebody without writing anything else in the post
  • minimize the post using the arrow in the top right corner of the posting ui

the little tab at the bottom of your screen to pull the UI back up wont appear until you refresh the page
