I know that pain, I’ve had several people tell me, (not on the forums mind you) my Morden looks like aizawa from MHA.

Thanks, I tried to make him look more like a drifter/wanderer type rather than an emo. Hence the scarf and stubble. Honestly the scarf is my favorite addition as it one it just looks better than the in game bandana, and two it fits my headcanon of him having perpetually low body temp, which also explains his preference for black clothing.
I also gave him curly hair to mimic writhing shadows, as I headcanon him having shadow magic before obtaining his curse. I like the idea that, at least in legacies, one’s first magic, which I imagine they’d be born with (see Enizor for example) would have some effects on the individual’s appearance. This is due to, again in legacies at least, their magic’s tie to their Olympic ancestor. Which for Morden I headcanon to be Hypnos, ironic considering the former’s sleep habits.

Honestly part of his design was a pushback on the spicy tuna trend. But also, the man deserves stubble.

I gave him the right to hair (it’s actually longer but he probably ties it up for combat)
