Camp Marker should be rewarded by Mayor Owin after dealing with Iris

Basically the title, this would make new players use this item more for exploration as currently they won’t know it even exists and it’s just complete RNG to get and you’re very likely to go the entire leveling process without getting it once and would be a huge quality of life for leveling.

(Also I think it should be removed from the loot pool of stuff as well as marketplace as it would serve no real purpose to have it after that and obviously make it unsellable and untradeable).

A lot of QoL items like this should have similar treatment imo.

The main issue that the Camp Marker haves its that story’s forced spawn points overrides it, same as how it overrides Brigs’ spawn points. However, if this is changes, i bet everyone would love to have their own Camp Marker right at the beggining of the game.
