The absolutely not long awaited sequel to my “can king calvus the fourth beat undertale” topic

Rules are:

  • no respawning
  • he takes the place of Kris
  • story plays out the same (except for whatever’s going on with Kris’s SOUL)
  • he fights jevil
  • he does snowgrave
  • no reign (the 500! x3 move)

Also take chapters 1 and 2 as separate, since he might be able to beat one but not the other

Assuming Calvus must follow the linear story structure, he could definitely defeat most enemies, especially with help. The puzzles aren’t too hard. I can’t think of any roadblocks, really.

each enemy take around 100-300 damage blows from the crew, Calvus has an attack that deals 1500 damage fully charged, there’s no way he can’t beat deltarune

Counterpoint, as royalty, he is most likely trained in some form of classical dance, and can therefore pirouette until jevil gets tired

best he can get is 600 damage

Calvus moves around a lot during his fight, and a lot of enemies don’t hit the center because the devs expected you to move

I’d say he’d be hit by about 20% of attacks or so

Prolly should revive this after chapter 3-5 releases and the powerscaling amps up a bit

thought this was gonna be like if he was playing deltarune rather than being a part of it nd my answer was gonna be “i think he’d have a stroke trying to figure out a computer”

Calvus takes this (i dont know anything about deltarune)

given that NPCs take turns in Deltarune, he can just charge his 500! 500! 500! attack any time with no interruptions and effectively one move most enemies
not to mention he can block while being damaged, reducing damage by 50% regardless of using a skill or not
