There’s this one superpower I don’t quite really understand, and it’s called “vector manipulation.”
Now a vector in math from what I understand is a blanket term that encompasses things with a value like mass, density, volume, and velocity, as well as a direction of some kind.
But what is vector manipulation controlling exactly? is it like controlling the trajectory of something flying? can it lift things? crush them? shoot them like a bullet? suspend them midair? like what capabilities does the power possess?
As of now it just seems like a weird way to describe how telekinesis works
vectors contain both a magnitude and direction (velocity, position, forces, weight)
scalars only contain a magnitude (speed, mass, time)
assuming with vector manipulation you can change vectors (velocity, position, force, weight) but not scalars (speed—you can just change velocity ig, mass, time)
wouldn’t vector control let you like control lasers and stuff too? (you could theoretically re-aim the direction the photons and whatever else particles go)
