Can someone help me create a build?

I need a build that is pretty all rounded in all stats except intensity with NO LESS THAN 80 power since i tend to have low damage builds and defense over 450 any help please?

hmm so i found that it would take WAYY too long for me to get sunken, so could someone this time make me a build with good attack speed and agility, and attack size over 120 with atleast 80 power and 450 defense im not sure if its possible but probably with modifiers. also this time no atlantean essence, still have no luck in getting that.

My images have a no sunken build, if you want 120 attack size, just switch things around like jewels or replace a frozen modifier with an archaic one
