If agility will get removed, att.spd is probably the stat to focus on to replace it, with mobility skills like soaring eagle, rising tide and sword step probably gonna scale with that.
drop the warding 
if you don’t like insanity just don’t run it
replace lapis with candelaria and hasty with brisk
use candelaria instead of lapis/agi gems, and dont use warding its useless
