Can someone make me a gear build of a wind mage (Nit Trolling Build)

I created a new file—wind mage, however, I kinda dumb about this build’s gear. Thus, can anyone please create me a non-troll build for this?

Note that wind arcanium gear will now be 50% attack speed 25% attack size 25% agi. And I have any types of gear.

Also please make the attack speed be 200.
