Are villains the only possible rivals?

No…? I thought this feature was deleted since heroes can’t be throwen to assassin’s jail anymore.
Anyway correct me if im wrong, I have killed some heroes, but I don’t remember if I got any message related to amount of kills until him become rival.

That is what’s happening to me. Every time I assassinate a hero, I don’t get the notif for rivals. Side question, are villians suppose to aggro on me?

Depends on your reputation.

Then villains won’t aggro on you, but you still can make them your rival.

They are though, every time I encounter one they attack me
