Cannon Fist Grab Suggestion?

Cannon Fist has the worst grab in the game because of how far the person getting grabbed gets sent giving them enough time to avoid potential damage. So this has been on my mind for a while now. The grabs for cannon fist differentiates by the cannon ball being used.
Chain shot: the grab will involve the usage of chains where when the animation is finished they are pulled back to the grabber into a downward slam. Also giving them the effect of what chain shot gives to ships which is temporary slowness. ( the effect scales off the amount of hits )
Exploding shells / Heavy Exploding Shells: The grab will work as it would normally would but at the end it would give the scalded effect making potential combos with other weapons more viable
My intention is to make other cannon balls be more often used + reduce the need for m1 spam

As a rare cannon fist user, I agree. Landing rushdown on cannon fist doesn’t set up for combos too well
