At the very least sailor has the sea water management gimmick + soaked + having higher size.
Anyone who’s seriously using cfist would have stocked up in heavy grapeshot previously to the point where they wouldn’t have to worry about it. It doesn’t get any unique status effect, and the only thing different it gets is ranged m1s
