Casting speed has reversed effects for blast attacks

Not much use for the template again, but casting speed will increase the amount of time needed to cast a blast attack instead of decreasing.

Try equipping both casting speed amulets as well as a canvas hat that are maxed. Your blast attacks will have a significant delay before the projectile is actually casted

I don’t know if that true or it lags every time I equip it cause I tested it too and it seems slower
