What were you doing before bug occurred: I was placing seaweed into the cauldron.
Steps to reproduce: Perhaps try pressing e first to add one seaweed then press q to add 5, if that doesn’t work, do it in faster succession.

I believe you can only brew a potion if the amount of reagent (seaweed) is 1, 5, or 10. Did you run out of seaweed?
I did not. I had 10 seaweed on me. I pressed e by mistake, having meant to press q to add 5, then quickly pressed q
