Character isn't removed when preparing to leave the server; Players can be combat tagged while blinded by "Returning to the Title Screen"

What were you doing before bug occurred: I was going to leave a server by using the in-game “Return to Title Screen” button, but the game kept me character in the world which let me get combat tagged by another player, even though there was no combat symbol next to my health bar when I clicked “confirm” on the confirmation.

Steps to reproduce: Get someone to hit you after you press the “return to title screen” button in-game while you’re blinded by the “Returning to the Title Screen” screen.

F9 Logs ( press f9 to view them in-game): wiped clean, the log is per-server.
