I have plenty of ideas on how the rank system of a Clan/Guild should be changed; you’re free to like/dislike certain aspects and share your opinions.

Add-More-Rank Function

You can unlock the ability to add more ranks to your clan or guild, but doing so will deduct Drachma from the treasury. This feature becomes available once your clan or guild reaches 150.000 or 250.000 infamy/reputation—essentially Tier 5 or Tier 6. I’m not sure whether the threshold should be 150k or 250k, so I’ve included both.

The tier names seem to align well with these levels after all: Superior/Prominent (150.000) and Powerful/Renowned (250.000), which makes sense hierarchically.

Each time a rank is added, the price increases. Therefore, there should be no cap on the number of ranks.

Customizable Rank Permissions

You can assign specific permissions to ranks, similar to how Discord Roles function. Examples include: invite & kick perm, promote & demote perm, treasury access perm, and more. I can’t list all the permissions off the top of my head, but I hope the general idea comes across.

Additionally, maybe add permissions for specific items that can be purchased from Sir Garen at certain ranks.

I also had an idea where each rank would automatically inherit all the permissions of the rank below it. I’m not sure how well this would work in practice, but it does make sense from a hierarchical perspective…

Remove Member Limit on Ranks

It’s pretty self-explanatory. All ranks, except for the Leader rank, shouldn’t have a member capacity limit. Instead, players should be free to decide how many members can be assigned to each rank, allowing them to take responsibility for managing their own ranks.

I don’t really agree with this part, I think it should be accessible to all guild and clan tiers. Other than that though, this all would be great to have!

I think I’d like the idea of removing member limits on ranks. Otherwise everything here looks good to me - I don’t got much to say!

I’d say that at any level you should be able to add and remove ranks, I mean I think the downside of them being more expensive per each rank you add is a fair enough downside to me. Otherwise, S-tier suggestion.

10/10 QoL that’s already been suggested before but I don’t care. It should have been added then and it still should be added now.

Nooope. Absolutely not. Either have it at smthn like 2k or 10k or just don’t have it at all. Beyond that it’s a good suggestion.

There’s actually a reason I wrote that

My thought process was basically: “The clan/guild is currently growing, they’d have a few ranks to focus on their growth. Then expand their ranks once they get big.”

Though I still see your point as well.

personally I don’t think the infamy/reputation requirement is too bad honestly. But also this is a great suggestion, I can already see some people within clans having specific roles, like gank squad/pvp elites, supporting roles, purely leadership roles. Honestly sounds super cool since most of this kind of organization is either not done at all or only done in discord servers. (I’ve seen this type of specialized groupings a lot in deepwoken and rogue lineage personally)
