alright i know the secret change, build names got nuked
i’m guessing (from top to bottom):

warlord
conjurer
warrior

So does this mean juggernaut’s awakening is going to be called “Oracle’s Strength”

Lack of build names is no cool! It only works if you actually remove the build system.

i mean they’re still there in the info menu

I respect not having them visibly displayed to other players, if that’s all it is.

Thats always been the awakening names: when you highlight over the awakening text, that’s what it tells you: Mages Wisdom, Berserkers Skill, Warriors Aura; the hybrids did get a small change, Conjurer went from Conjurers Dexterity → Mages Dexterity it seems.

The only classes with unique ones are Magic/Spirit Users, aka Paladin in Savant (Power of the Gods and Prodigy of All). This means the build names are still there (because we see Warrior and Mage, but the hybrids might’ve been nuked)

  • Tries changing build names in public
  • Public disagrees
  • Changes them in secret instead

And somehow I have even less of an idea what I’m fighting against, even the original changed class names are better than this

These are not class names, what?

this is because these aren’t the class names; it says AWAKENING right there.

yeah build names got removed and awakening names technically got changed too
previously it would have been:

warlord’s strength
conjurer’s dexterity
warrior’s aura

now, it’s:

warrior’s strength
mage’s dexterity
warrior’s aura

class names dont exist anymore, no warlord or strong warrior. it just goes by awakening names now which got slightly changed

but we’ve seen Savant in the patch notes so its probably fine

“yo what build is that”

POWER OF THE GODS.

“oh… mines Warriors Aura…”

good tbh bcuz i’m ngl the names made no sense at all

I like this a bit, my only problem is how everyone would have to adapt to this.

Fighter is fighter, there is no Warlock, there is not Conjurer.

Oh christ this is bullshit…
Are we going to have to solve a set of 30 equations shown in the player list to find out a player’s stat point allocation in the update after full release?

the class names are gone in reality, but will probably remain in spirit, as saying Magic/Fighting or Spirit/Mage is probably worse for people than Warlock and Juggernaut (even if they make no sense).

Probably until we get more gen-6 players who never heard of the old names.

do ppl actually care about other people’s stat allocation? :skull:

yes, yes they do

no, there are only 10~ classes:

Awakening:

Warriors Aura
Mage’s Wisdom
Berserkers Skill
Oracles Warding

Mages Dexterity (Conjurer)
Warriors Strength (Warlord)

Power of the Gods (Paladin)
Prodigy of All (Savant)

the others are probably something along the lines of:

Mages Strength (Warlock)

Oracles Strength (Juggernaut)
Warriors Ward (Knight)
