I don’t know the rarity, but I do know how to get one. You can get them from Dark Sealed Chests OR Chests that spawn in the Dark Sea. You are overpaying SIGNIFICANTLY. Ensnaring is worth ~5k while Armored is worth ~15k and Powerful is worth ~20K.
