Hello fellow forumers as the summer goes on the heat has gotten really worse here and sadly even cold water doesnt solve my thirst so i ask you for recipes
i drink nothing but water and occasionally apple juice so can’t help 
i guess maybe some squash

If you need a cold drink, but don’t want to sit on the throne every now and then due to the excess water intake, you can always have a mug of kefir. It is drank slower than most other drinks, so you’ll have it for a little bit longer, and it is cold, as well as won’t push you onto the throne as fast.

Get some samerian ice, then put it in a wok dish and heat it to 100°C, add 2 omen meat and an arcane stratos apple, a colossal squid and a sky pumpkin, with some sun caraway for a delicious smmothie
i sweat a lot so i think it counters any excess water intake but thanks for suggestion

There’s this recipe at my local convenience store. One half in a large cup of Brisk Tea; another being… root beer (I lowk forgot), and put some ice in it. Then add coconut cream or something.
It’s a dirty soda recipe.
Other than that just mix two ice teas together and you’re good
