About Mika’s mother:
A moment between Mika and her mother Penelope in the past, They had a very close bond and it was devastating for Mika to lost her, since she was always her biggest supporter and friend. She aspired to be just as brave and selfless as her mother, now only left with grief and a lost sense of hope.
- She inherited her beautiful diamond necklace, and wears it now everywhere to commemorate her by it. On the day of her death Mika had bluntly cut her hair off by the braid , since she didn’t know how else to regulate all of the overwhelming emotions she was feeling. Leaving her with the spikey short hair I always draw her with. + The reason she subconsciously started to become more bashful and afraid of the world.
