Not really a suggestion but just an idea i wanted to yo share.
The Manifestation curse
“One of the true cursed of the sea, one that is not only driving you away from the seas but also from your sanity.”
Upon “consuming” the user starts seeing images deep from his mind manifest before him some of childhood memories and some from nightmares the user either gets consumed by the insanity of the curse or learns to use it at his will giving him the ability to manifest illusions of himself and anything else, at first the user can only manifest things that are smaller than himself such as a dog or a small creature, once the user adapt to his ability he can summon an image of himself and things of similar size if not a bit bigger, and at his prak the user can summon up to five illusions at the same time one bigger than himself and others of similar size, if the user breaks his limits and awakens his true abilities he can now make one of his images reality and can summon images much bigger than him and can also use the illusions to distract and attract better by giving them a mind of their own.
