How fun do you think AO endgame will be? I mean WoM kinda show what can possibly happen when AO reach endgame but I like to know you guys expectations.

I mean I want to use smash in Ravenna and instantly wipe the whole city. Thats my expectation of endgame. I mean at that point we should be on level where we can wrestle Omen by hand.

That’s not what the intended endgame for WoM was. Vet legit just changed a number from 90 to 10,000 without adding anything else

come on we all know “very powerful” to mages means “it takes longer to kill and theres a slightly higher chance we fuck up”

yea do NOT use WOM as a reference for how endgame AO will be bcs it will 100% less cool bcs of balancing and shits

I doubt it’ll look much different from today with how nerf happy the current balance team is, wouldn’t be surprised if lost stuff is reduced to being equal if not weaker than base stuff at some point

It’d better to say the max level will be at minimum 600 with potential for higher.

Assuming theres a pattern being done with each sea ending off at a multiple of 125 for the level cap (theres evidence to support this as Nimbus will likely end off at 250 with second awakening) that makes the minimum 750.

600? We’re only at 175 and people can already take down omen with relative ease

I guess it depends on how good ships are and whether or not they’ll remove the kiting methods, since attack power isn’t an issue anymore

I also suspect they’ll give it a buff since far reaches is supposed to be endgame content

said ease is only possible because of range cheese, at level 600 we’ll be able to take it down the intended way with ease

I play the game to feel cool, not to feel the exact same thing as I do in real life. Im always in camp of make everything broken instead of make everything underpowered

What I mean by that is just using melee m1. Like legit m1 only. I hope we can actually hit sea monster with melee m1 in the future. I would love to be able to swim toward Omen tentacles and just m1 it to death

Vetex and his team meeting leak

AO need some kind of overhaul if it want performance. This might be a stretch but Warframe for example literally run butterly smooth despite beautiful graphic. This mean its not impossible to do so. Its hard but its not impossible. He can do weekly event to keep player retention while fixing performance issue but oh well, who am I to say anything?

Finallly someone said it. I don’t hate Vetex, I love his game, but calling something simply “passion project” isn’t a good counter argument for questionable decision, since he take money for this. Its like I sell you shitty crop as farmer and said that I love farming.
