Spell Name: Shock Pulse

Mana Cost: 150 Mana (can be more though depending on how op)
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Magic Stat Cost: 350 (or 295/300)

Description:
The spell channels raw magic energy, sending a surge of radiant energy in a straight forward in a vortex shape king of like bow breaker. When cast, it blasts through enemies, dealing solid damage. However, if you take a moment to charge the spell, the pulse grows stronger, stretching farther and hitting harder.

Base Effect: When cast normally, shock pulse charges for 3 seconds and shoots a quick sizeable burst of energy in a spiraling (arrow-like) vortex shape, dealing moderate damage to all enemies in its path.
Charged Effect: Hold the spell for up to 8 seconds, and you unleash a much more powerful version larger, brighter, and far more devastating. The pulse not only deals heavy damage but also stuns enemies for a short time, giving you an edge in tight situations.
Lingering Pulse Field: If was charged to max, after hitting, the pulse leaves behind an effect field on its impacted site for a few seconds. Enemies caught in the field take damage over time, making it an excellent tool for controlling areas or wearing down foes over time.

As you prepare to cast spell, your energy begins to swirls around you. When you release the spell, it shoots forward as a sizeable burst of energy in a spiraling (arrow-like) vortex shape, trailing energy behind it. If you charge it, the energy grows brighter, and the air around you ripples, like the air is bending to your will.

Use Strategy:

Can be great for quickly clearing out groups of enemies or delivering heavy damage to a single target. It’s especially useful when you need to hone in on a charging target or deal with fast-moving foes.

Charging the spell allows you to decide whether you want immediate damage or a larger, more impactful burst with added crowd control.

The lingering field is perfect for locking down an area or giving you an advantage in battle, especially when enemies are trying to escape or retreat.

Not really a spell but close enough in my eyes

Water magic and magics similar to it are now able to interract with the ocean (attacks cause waves to form, high intensity/size requirement)

Wind magic and magics similar to it are now able to interract with the ocean (attacks create whirlpools, high intensity/size requirement)

Size requirement means that you need to pass a certain large attack size threshold with the attack, not something you unlock at a certain armor stat investment

Both features have an internal cooldown to attempt to minimize server lag from spam.

Because we already have a word for that.

I’d like a spell that throws a projectile in an arc, customization could be similar to blast, and include option to bounce when hitting something in exchange for reduced damage.
