Sudden intervention
“It’s cold … Too cold … I can’t open my eyes, my body not listening to me. If … If I don’t wake up, I will most likely freeze …” Trying her best to move, Megan opened her left eye. After starting to look around, she realized that she is in a prison, or rather in the Silent Tower, because there were no other large prisons of the Council nearby.
Starting to remember what happened, she realized why she was here. Through pain, Megan got to her feet and began to look at herself, room and also analyze the situation again. She was handcuffed that did not allow creating magic circles, she wore torn and wet rags in the form of clothes, and she was somewhere on the penultimate floor. There were no reasons to escape from prison, and there were no opportunities. It was night outside, there was no rain anymore, but there was a rather thick fog.
After a while, an unknown person approached the jail, not paying attention to this, Megan continued to lie in place. The unknown created a magic circle, and with the words: “Get away from the grid,” began to use a spell. Aftre running to the opposite side of the camera, Megan was able to see the magic circle of ash magic. Surprisingly, Megan Unknown was able to break the iron bars. When he approached Megan, he broke her handcuffs and said:
“Now you are a criminal too, so follow me.” Megan was finally able to see appearance of the unknown.
After realizing the whole situation, Megan had no other choice but to follow the Unknown. Leaving the cell, Megan saw how the Council guards began to come running from the lower and upper floors, realizing that without her equipment she cant do anything, Megan decides to take a shorter route.Megan, deciding to undermine the floor.
She creates a magic circle on the floor that she charges 5 seconds before the explosion, after seeing how Megan uses magic ,Unknown begins to create ash clouds in the place where the enemies are. During the explosion of the floor, the Unknown jumps up so that he would not be hurt, but created by him the clouds react with the heat generated from the explosion, thereby inflicting more serious wounds on the guards.
After falling directly to the warehouse where the things were stored, Megan quickly reacted and began to take the things that were there, among them she found her things, the Minotaur’s ax and a white shield with a purple cross on it. After putting on her things, the Unknown threw her a black mask with the words: " Hide your face cause they will hunt after you"
Taking, but not putting on a mask, Megan, together with the Unknown, ran into the hall where they were already expected: about 30 soldiers and 2 captains.
“Shoot those who are in a cloud of ash or those whom I have already hit” - said Unknown and then ran behind the column
“Gr …Dont tell me what to do…” - Quietly speaking these words to herself, Megan began to prepare to shoot.
The unknown began to create ash clouds with the help of his magic over and over again. Clouds of ash filled the entire hall, after the 10th created magic circle, the Unknown exclaimed - “Shoot!”, Megan shot, in the exactly same moment as beam touched the ash cloud, ash reacted and boosted explosion beam soo with one beam Megan killed 11 guards.
“Give a second salvo, but this time at the captains!” - Shouted the Unknown, pointing at the consulate captains that start using magic for attack.
A second later, one of the captains began to spam with a Magma beams.Megan took crossbow in her hands and began to shoot smoke arrows around, thereby creating a smokescreen in which Megan and the Unknown are hiding. The Council soldiers begin to look for them by going into the smoke and the captains were waiting near with exit. A few seconds later, two blasts flew out of the smoke, explosive and from the ash,their target was the captain with magma magic. After contacting with each other both blasts, explode and inflicting a large amount of damage to both captains, using this opportunity Megan and Unknown run out of Silent tower and start to run through the forest.
After running to the mountain and running into a ruined house near Mount Seawatch, Megan approaches the Unknown and said:
"Now I will speak, and then you will answer my question, get it? First - Who are you? Second - how do you know my name and who sent you for me? Thied- uh…Third…Ye… Answer! "
“As i excepted you are really noisy … Well, okay” - the Unknown stated to take off his mask.
“So … First - My name is Oliver Booth. Second - My guild needs you to destroy-” - Before he could finish her speech, Megan said.
“Now listen to me VERY carefully now, I don’t care about your guild and your goals. The Council is now looking for me because of you, and even if I surrender to them up, I will have big troubles.And again, that is all because of you!.” - After finishing her speech, Megan headed for the exit but …
“Since Council will hunt for you, then you have no choice but to join our guild for a while … And yes, don’t worry.We will help you with Council.”
“Huh?.. If you deceive me, I will kill you and your guild…Understood?” - Megan said leaving the destroyed house.
