Well actually Arthur is the ruler of Alalea and captain of the One-Shot Pirates, aswell as commanding over even some of the Olympian Gods that joined his army, for a reason. So he should be able to resist Conqueror’s Haki
isnt conqueror’s haki based on willpower? if durza took a while to beat cursebeard then he couldnt steal cursebeards curses, so he’s got as much as or more willpower than theos, who is the strongest mage to ever live (before the peacekeeper) and that means he should be able to resist haki no problem.
also cursebeard is 1/6th giant and whitebeard is just tall

Durza absorbs abilities with physical contact, I don’t think willpower is a factor at all. You counter the Absorption Curse by keeping your distance, which Theos and Arthur excel at.
He couldn’t absorb Theos’ magic despite it literally just being a normal magic

One piece size scaling is weird but alabasta itself is the size of Australia and this would imply Whitebeard is more than able to destroy countries from the destruction he causes on other islands and his fruit is claimed to be able to destroy the planet.

Pre-kai probably will beat him since kaioken doubles your power and half of planetary is still more than Cursebeard, I don’t really remember much though so I’m not the best for that debate
