Dark Sea Fishing Questions

I’ve heard from some people that going to the insanity 2 layer of the dark sea give a higher chance of rarity of fish, but I’m unsure if this is actually the case. Could someone verify if the rarity difference between the two layers is true?

Also I’m confused on the luck stats currently, are they the 10/20/30/40/90 or the 10/30/40/70/99 spreads?

Edit: It seems I have to clarify something, I’m specifically asking if going into Insanity 2 give a higher chance for rare fish than Insanity 1. I’m already aware that Insanity 1 allows you to catch rarer fish, specifically massive fish.

in range 1 or deeper (insanity one range and beyond) the chance of getting massive tier fish instead of giant is now guaranteed. or so ive heard

You can’t get massive fish in range 1, and in range 2+ you can.

the first range of the dark sea, where you have no insanity, acts identically to the bronze sea in terms of fishing loot.

Once you begin going insane, then you’ll get all the unique stuff

for clarification, i’m trying to figure out if range 2 and 3 (insanity 1 and 2) have different fishing drops, mainly with higher rarity chance

The only thing I know on this is that you can fish bigger fish in insanity ranges

You can obtain the exotic fishing scrolls in the non-insanity range of the dark sea, but not massive fish

luck 5 is now 90% tho, the rest is the same

so basically…
tier 1 becomes 1 in 9;
tier 2 with 1 in 8;
tier 3 with 1 in 6 (like in the image obviously);
tier 4 with 1 in 3;
and tier 5 becomes almost guaranteed to drop(?)

for a 1/10 droprate yes luck 5 should basically guarantee a drop

Afaik it’s only in the dark sea, I haven’t managed to get any in the bronze sea yet
